This software is the editor for Evolution and M-Audio MIDI controllers like UC-33, but it dissapeared form the page of M-Audio. I see people looking for it and I have it for OSX. The last system I know it works is on OSX 10.14 (Mojave), With Monterey is not working and I'm not sure if it will work in 10.15 you will have to test it.
